Notarial acts

The services offered by our notarial office include:

• producing agreements, including preliminary and conditional agreements in the form of a notarial deed, including:
  agreements of sale, annulment of co-ownership, donation, transfer of ownership, exchange, establishment of personal servitude and easement, division of inheritance, marital property agreements, agreements with respect to division of joint matrimonial property, and articles of association
• producing deeds of certification of succession
• producing minutes
• other acts provided for in legal regulations, i.e.:
  • producing certificates
  • producing protests with respect to promissory notes and bills of exchange
  • serving representations
  • keeping documents, money and securities in deposit
  • producing copies of and extracts from documents
• as well as drafting, at the request of the Clients, acts, representations and other documents

Each notarial act should be preceded with a free inquiry to our notarial office in order to individually arrange the form of the act, the list of the required documents and the costs with the notary­.

Notarial acts can be performed outside of the notarial office if their nature or special circumstances require so.
